摘要
给出了可编程定时器/计数器8254实现精插补电路的原理图,对可编程定时器/计数器8254实现精插补的工作原理进行了详细介绍,并给出了可编程定时器/计数器8254实现精插补电路原理图的软件流程图。该精插补电路可将粗插补得到的每根轴的任意脉冲数分配到插补周期中,实现电机运行速度和步数的控制。
The fine interpolation circuit based on the counter/timer and the principle of the fine interpolation circuit was discussed in this paper. The soft'ware flowchart for implementing the fine interpolation circuit was also presented. By using the fine interpolation circuit in this means, the uniform pulse series of each axis could be distributed in an interpolation cycle, thus the running speed and step number of the motor could be controlled.
