摘要
结合平禹煤电公司人力资源规划,针对企业特点对企业人力资源现状进行了诊断,采用多元线性回归模型对平禹煤电公司未来人力资源需求进行预测,制定了人力资源规划目标和人才培养针对措施,并按人力资源规划落实执行,取得了较好效果。
Based on the human resources plan of Henan Pingyu Coal and Electricity Company, the status quo of the human resources is diagnosed according to the characters of the enterprise, The man power resource demands of Pingyu Coal and Electricity Company in future are predicted by the multiple linear regressive model. The human resources plan and corresponding measures for people training are worked out. The plan has been implemented, which has achieved better effects.
