Application and Effect of New Slag Dragging Machine in Shougang

This article mentions about the existing problems of the old slagging off machine in No. 3 steel-making factory of Shougang; introduces the main characters and application situation of the new slag dragging machine and analyzes various indexes and existing problems in use. Through comparing the service condition between the original machine and the new one, it shows that the index of new machine is better than the old one in three aspects; quantity of slag, iron loss in slag and resulphurization.
