多刚体系统动力学在汽车悬架运动学分析中的应用

摘要 本文介绍了一种适用于计算机分析的多刚体系统运动学分析的自然坐标法。利用自然坐标描述多刚体系统时,只需要一些点和一些单位向量,刚体的约束方程和运动副的约束方向组成了多刚体系统的运动学约束方程。 In this paper ,a natural Coordinate method Suotable for the computer kinematic analysis of multi-kigid body system is introduced. Whenever the natural coordinate is used to describe multibody system, only a few points and unitary vectors are required. The kinematic constraint equation of multibody system comes in two ways,from the rigid-body constraint equations and from constraint equations of joints of kinematic pairs . The constraint equations are linaear or quadratic equations,so it's convenient for sieving process. This method is used for Macpherson Suspension kine matic analysis . The relation of truck change and kingpin inclination change Vs vertical bouncing deflection of wheel is given.
