摘要
本文扼要介绍了日本临床工程师制度的建立及其人才培养方式,并根据医疗设备的新发展和我国医院的实际,分析了在我国建立相关制度的必要性和重要性,同时提出了相应的建议和措施。
In this paper, the system of Japanese clinical engineer and the way of talented training are introduced succinctly. The necessity and importance of establishing correlated system are analyzed according to the recent development of medical equipment and the actual situation in our country. Then appropriate suggestions and measures are proposed.
