用旧脱水机改造成全自动组织染色机的应用与体会

Application and experience of reforming an old tissue dehyclration apparatus into an automatic tissue staining apparatus

本文利用时间控制原理,用可编程控制器(PLC)将自动组织脱水机改装成自动组织染色机。经改装成的组织染色机,减少了劳动强度,提高了染色质量和工作效率,实现了染色的标准化和规范化。

According to the principle of time- control and installing PLC, an automatic tissue spine- drier is reformed to he an automatic tissue staining apparatus. Using the machine reduces labor intensity, improves dyeing quality, raises work efficiency and accomplished the standardization of dying.
