摘要 目的探讨多排螺旋CT血管造影(MSCTA)成像技术的应用。方法48例患者行多排螺旋CT血管造影成像,其中头颅3例,胸部27例,腹部12例,冠状动脉6例,造影剂采用1.5-2ml/kg(Omnipaque 300 I mg/ml),注射速率为3ml/s,延迟时间采用Blous tracting(造影剂跟踪技术),将原始数据传入工作站进行各种功能重建。结果头颈部动脉系统扫描延迟时间为12-16秒,胸腹部动脉系统延迟时间为12-15秒,髂动脉为20-30秒。VR法重建的血管图像优于MPR,M IP和SSD。结论MSCTA是一种快速、大范围、无创性的血管成像技术,VR法是一种理想的三维重建方法。 Objective To explore the application of multi- slice spiral CT angiography(MSCTA). Methods Fourty- eight patients underwent multi- slice spiral CT angiography, in which there were 3 cases of brain, 27 cases of chest, 12 cases of abdomen and 6 cases of coronary artery. Contrast agent of 1.5-2ml/kg (Omnlpaque 300 I mg/ml)was injected and the injection rate was 3 ml/s. The delay time was determined by bolus tracking technique. Original data were transferred to working-station to perform functional reconstruction. Results The delay time was 12-16s for head and neck artery, 12- 15s for chest and abdomen artery and 20- 30s for iliac artery. VR(Volume rendering) is better than MPR(multi - planar reconstruction), MIP(maximum intensity projection) and SSD(shaded surface display) to display artery. Conclusion MSCTA is a quick, large coverage and non - invasive angiography technique. VR is an ideal three - dimensional reconstruction method.
