高速公路混凝土路面灌浆技术的应用与推广

Application and spread of technique for pouring past on concrete pavement of highway

本文通过对重庆成渝高速公路水泥混凝土路面断板、唧泥、脱空、破碎及桥头跳车、路基沉降等病害的分析,提出采用灌浆技术来解决此类病害。并对各种病害的确定、灌浆加固机理与具体实施方案进行了全面的介绍和分析。从实用性和经济性的角度评价了灌浆技术在高速公路上应用的可行性。

This paper proposed using the technique of pouring past to solve the problems of crack, mud, spattering, gap, break, car bumping at the end of bridge and subside of foundation occurred in concrete pavement of chen-yu highway after analysis of the problem. Moreover, the paper thoroughly introduced and analyzed the identification of problem, mechanism of consolidation with past pouring and detailed scheme of practice.The feasibility of technique for pouring past applied in highway was evaluated in view of practice and economy.
