洗痔Ⅰ号熏洗液的研制及临床研究

Development and Clinical Study of ‘Hemorrhoids Lotion 1’

目的:探讨洗痔Ⅰ号熏洗液治疗内外痔的途径和疗效。方法采用本院名医中药处方(苦参、五倍子、乌梅、川椒等)制成熏洗液治疗本病120例,并设对照组用1∶5000高锰酸钾水溶液坐浴治疗30例。结果治疗组痊愈率为71%,对照组为33%,治疗组疗效明显优于对照组(P<0.01)。结论洗痔Ⅰ号熏洗液治疗内外痔使用方便,效果显著。

Objective： The means of curing internal and external hemorrhoids by emorrhoids Lotion 1 ？ and its effectiveness are discussed. Methods： A total of 150 cases of hemorrhoid were divided into two groups： experimental group, which contains 120 cases of hemorrhoid, and control group, which contains 30 cases. The cases in the experimental group were cured by ‘Hemorrhoids Lotion 1＇ which is produced by Chinese traditional medicine, such as sophora flavescens, gallnut, ebony, sichuan pepper and so on, while the ones in the control group by 1： 5000 potassium permanganate solution. Results： The result is that the recovery rate of the experimental group is 71%, which is, obviously, much higher than 33% of the control group （P 〈 0.01）. Conclusion： In conclusion, ‘Hemorrhoids Lotion 1＇ is an effective cure for Hemorrhoids.
