“俄木布事件”与清初对归化城土默特之政策

THE EMUBU EVENT AND EARLY QING DYNASTY'S POLICY TOWARDS TUMD,IN GUIHUA CITY

“俄木布事件”是后金统治者制造的冤案。归化城土默特蒙古经济及政教中心的特殊地位,使其成为满洲王朝贯彻实施其“并蒙古以敌明朝”之既定国策的必争之地。故而满洲统治者借俄木布违反贸易禁令之机,清除俺答后裔的政治势力。

The Emubu Event is an unjust case created by the rulers of Late Jin. Because of the special position of Tumd in Guihua City as Mongolian economic and political centre, it became the strategic point for Qing Dynasty to carry out its policy of ＂annexing Mongolia to fight against Ming Dynasty＂. Therefore, the rulers of Qing Dynasty eradicated thoroughly the political influence of Anda＇ s descendants in the name of Emubu＇ s violation to trade prohibitions.
