摘要
以β-内酰胺酶抑制剂舒巴坦的传统合成工艺为基础,以6-APA为原料,重氮化、经溴化、氧化、还原一系列反应,合成了舒巴坦酸,对多种工艺条件进行优化,确定了最佳合成工艺,产率高达70.0%,并用红外光谱对产品结构进行初步表征。
On the base of β-1actamase inhibitor sulbactam's route of process,sulbactam was synthesized from 6-amino-penicillanic acid by diazotization,bromination,reduction,and obtain the optimal conditions. The total yield of the product was 70.0%. The structure of the product was characterized by the IR.
