介绍了以光栅位移传感器和光电角度编码器为输入设备,用计算机对测量过程进行控制和数据处理的检测轴承外圈内滚道几何参数的新方法。通过与三坐标测量机的对比实验,证明本方案的切实可行。
A new method for measuring the geometric parameters of the inner groove on the bearing outer race is developed by employing a grating displacement sensor and an electro optical angular encoder as the input facilities, and installed with a computer to control the testing process and to process the obtained data. By comparing the results obtained from CMMS, it has been proven that this method is practical and effective.
