二级斜齿圆柱齿轮减速器齿轮传动CAD

摘要 针对展开式二级斜齿圆柱齿轮减速器的齿轮传动进行了优化设计,并利用优化结果,进行齿轮结构的计算机辅助绘图。文中的优化数学模型是以减速器的总中心距作为目标函数,以齿轮的强度要求、不干涉条件及润滑等条件作为约束条件,采用复合形法进行优化。通过实例证明优化效果明显。采用高级语言写接口文件,绘制了齿轮的零件图。 An optimization design of the helical gear drive in the transmission two stage reducer is presented. By the results obtained, computer aided drawing of the gear structure was carried out. The mathematical model for optimization was obtained by taking the centre line distance of the reducer as the objective function and the requirement of gear strength, non interfering and lubrication conditions as the restraint conditions. Optimization was done by the complex mode method. Practical examples have shown that the effect of the optimization is significant. The interface file was then written by a high level language and the detail drawings of the gears were made.
