摘要
以正硅酸乙酯、醋酸钙等为原料,采用溶胶凝胶工艺制备了CaO-SiO_2系统湿凝胶。研究了其溶胶凝胶化过程中溶胶粘度变化及溶胶粒子的生长过程,以及湿凝胶在干燥过程中的析晶现象,并对其机理进行了探讨。
In the present paper the wet gel of CaO-SiO_2 system was prepared by the solgel process using T EOS and Calcium acetate as raw material.The viscosity variation and growth process of sol particles in CaO-SiO_2 system were investigated in details.By means of XRD and SEM,the crystallization of wet gel during drying was also investigated and the mechanism of crystallization was discussed.
