摘要
通过数值模拟对两相和三相结晶器电磁搅拌器作用下钢液内部的磁场和流场进行耦合数值分析,得出了不同相位电磁搅拌时,钢液内部磁感应强度、电磁体积力及搅拌速度的分布规律。模拟结果表明:在相位差为90°的两相电磁搅拌器结晶器电磁搅拌时,钢液内部的磁感应强度、电磁体积力及钢液的搅拌速度要比相位差为120°三相电磁搅拌器的高。计算结果与文献中实验结果及宣钢等厂的生产实践结果一致。
Based on ANSYS software, a coupled analysis on magnetic field and fluid field of two and three phase M - EMS in a billet caster was carried out. The distribution of magnetic flux density, magnetic volume force and liquid steel stirring velocity with same current and frequency values were obtained and compared. Calculated results showed that two phase M - EMS with phase difference of 90 degree has higher stirring magnetic flux density, magnetic volume force and liquid steel stirring velocity than the three phase M - EMS with phase difference of 120 degree. Calculated results agree well with the experimental data in operation practice at Xuanhua Iron & Steel Co. and the data from literature.
