益肝灵软胶囊的制备工艺研究

Preparation Process of Yiganling Soft Capsules

目的:确立益肝灵软胶囊的最佳成型工艺。方法:以软胶囊的崩解时限、含量测定为评价指标,考察基质的种类、药物与基质的配比对软胶囊成型性的影响。结果:选择植物油为基质,油料比为2.5:1比例为宜。结论:该工艺适用于工业化生产。

Objective： To establish the optimum preparation process tot Yiganling soft capsules. Method： A series of experiments had been carried out for the choice of substrate,its proportion of substrate to drug to make disintegration and assaying up to grade. Re- suit： The best soft capsules formatting process was a ratio of oil to drug（2.5： 1 ）. Conclusion： This preparation method is suitable for the industrial mamfacture for Yiganling soft capsules.
