HPLC法测定育宁乳膏中1，4-二羟基萘的含量

Determination the Content of 1,4-Naphthohyquinone in Yuning cream by HPLC

目的:建立测定育宁乳膏中1,4-二羟基萘含量的高效液相色谱方法。方法:采用Hypersil C_(18)色谱柱,以乙腈-水(30:70)为流动相,检测波长325 nm。结果:在0.01～0.50μg范围内,1,4-二羟基萘的峰面积与进样量呈现良好线性关系;方法平均回收率为99.68%,RSD为0.99%。结论:本法操作简便,结果准确、可靠,重现性好。

Objective： To establish a HPLC method for the determination of 1,4-Naphthohyquinone in Yuning cream. Method： The Hypersil C18 column was used, aeetonitrile-water （30： 70） as mobile phase and the detection wavelength was at 325 nm. Result： The linear range of 1 ,4-Naphthohyquinone was 0.01 - 0.50μg with the recovery of 99.68% （ RSD = 0.99% ）. Conclusion： The method is simple, accurate, reliable and reproducible.
