急性脑卒中患者肺部感染相关因素分析

Pulmonary lnfection-assoclated factors of acute cerebral apoplectic patients

目的探讨脑卒中后肺部感染的相关因素及预防措施。方法选取2000年至2004年收治的急性脑卒中患者479例进行回顾性调查。结果479例急性脑卒中者并发肺部感染121例．感染率25．3％。结论急性脑卒中肺部感染率与患者年龄、性别、吸烟与否、是否卧床、卒中性质有关。

Objective To study the associated factors of acute cerebral apoplectic patients. Methods 497 cerebral apoplectic patients from 2000 to 2004 were retrospectively analyzed. Results Among 497 cerebral apoplectic patients,there were 121 pulmonary infection patients,the rate of infection was 25.3 % r Conclusion The rate d pulmonary infection in acute cerebral apoplectics is closely related with age,sex,smoke,sickbed and the type of cerebral apopleetics.
