摘要目的研究慢性阻塞性肺疾病（COPD）患者外周血中自细胞介素2（IL-2）、可溶性白细胞介素2受体（sIL-2R）的表达规律．探讨其相互关系及临床意义。方法采用酶联免疫吸附法（ELISA）测定外周血IL-2、sIL-2R的含量。结果COPD组IL2含量为（65．66±12．98）pg／ml．与健康对照组（128．15±17．12）pg／ml相比明显降低（P〈0．01）．sIL-2R含量为（98．61±14．12）pg／ml，与健康对照组（91．01±9．98）pg／ml相比则明显升高（P〈0．05）。结论COPD患者免疫功能低下。检测患者IL-2、sIL-2R含量在COPD的发生、发展、治疗、转归及预后方面具有重要的临床指导意义。 Objective To study the expressions of interleukin-2 （IL-2） and soluble interleukin-2 receptor （sIL-2R） ,in patients with chronic obstructive pulmonary disease and to explore their mutual relations and clinical significance. Methods Peripheral blood of IL-2 and sIL-2R content were determined by enzyme-linked immunosorbent assay. Results Chronic COPD peripheral IL-2 content （65.66±12.98）pg/ml,with the healthy control group [ （ 128.15 ± 17.12） pg/ml] ,was significantly reduced（ P 〈 0.01 ） ,sIL-2R （98.61±14.12 ） pg/ml,with the healthy control group[ （91.01± 9.98） pg/ml], was slgnifieantly increased （ P 〈 0.05 ）. Conclusions COPD patients have low immune function. Detection of IL-2,sIL-2R levels in COPD on development, treatment, prognosis and the outcome will have important clinical significance.
