Vitapex糊剂一次性治疗乳磨牙慢性尖周炎

Evaluation of effectiveness of Vitapex（hydronide/iodoform paste） on treatment of primary molar periapical diseases in vivo

目的探讨Vitapex糊剂在乳磨牙慢性尖周炎治疗中的临床疗效。方法207个乳磨牙慢性尖周炎随机分为Vitapex一次性根充组109个牙和变异干髓术98个牙，清除患牙感染源，消毒和充填，治疗患牙，比较疗效。结果治疗后随访1～3年，Virapex一次性根充组疗效（95．2％）明显优于变异干髓术组疗效（75．5％）。结论Vitapex一次性根充治疗乳磨牙慢性尖周炎疗效好，操作简便，临床应用前景广阔。

Objective To.evaluate the effectiveness of Vitapex on treatment of primary molar chronic periodical diseases. Methods 207 cases of primary molar chronic periapical diseases were randomly divided into two groups：group Ⅰ of 109 was treated with Vitapex and group Ⅱ of 98 was treated with mummify therapy. Every prir mary molar pulp ehamher/pulp canal was cleaned, disinfectes, and filled. Results The effective rate in Vitapex group was significantly higher than that in mummify group（95.2 % 〉 75.5 % ）. Conclusion Vitapex in treatment of primary molar periapieal diseases has high effectiveness,slmpfied,and usefulness in Clinics.
