不同手术方法治疗腋臭的临床疗效比较

To compare the methods of operative therapy for osmidrosis

目的遴选疗效确切、并发症少的腋臭治疗方法。方法采用电离子腋臭治疗仪治疗26例、肿胀抽吸治疗30例、“Z”成形及毛囊修剪术和腋下皱襞切口皮下修剪加搔刮术各治疗50例，共Ⅰ～Ⅳ组，计156例。对患者术后的临床疗效及并发症进行6～18个月的观察和随访。结果Ⅰ～Ⅳ组四种手术方法疗效：Ⅰ与Ⅲ、Ⅰ与Ⅳ、Ⅱ与Ⅲ、Ⅱ与Ⅳ比较，均P〈0．01，差异有统计学意义。形成瘢痕并发症：Ⅱ与Ⅲ、Ⅱ与Ⅳ比较，均P〈0．01，差异有统计学意义。近期并发症四种方法比较，差异无统计学意义（P〉0．05）。结论腋下皱襞切口皮下修剪加搔刮术疗效较佳，并发症少，值得推广应用。

Objective To choose the better methods to cure osmidrosis with certain curative effect and less complication. Methods 156 patients were selected. Among them,26 cases were treated with elector-ionization asmidrosis, 30 cases with swelling absord operation and 50 cases with ＂Z＂ shape and folliculus pili trimming curettage, Their curative effect and complications were compared after observation and follow up for 6 - 18 months after operation. Results To compare the four operation methods, Ⅰand Ⅲ , Ⅰ and Ⅳ, Ⅱand Ⅲ , Ⅱ and Ⅳ. It had statisxical significance（ P 〈 0.01 ）. TO compare the scar complication Ⅱ and Ⅲ , Ⅲ and Ⅳ. It had statistical significance（ P〈 0.01）. The complication in the near future of four methods had not statistical significance. Conclusion Oxter plica incisions and scraping method is better. It is good for asmidrasis with few complication and is worth spreading.
