尿激酶静脉溶栓治疗急性心肌梗死的临床观察

Clinical observation of treatment through thrombolysis with urokinase for acute cerebral infarctions

目的观察尿激酶对急性心肌梗死（AMI）患者的溶栓效果。方法应用国产尿激酶（UK）以150万u加入生理盐水100ml于30min内静脉滴注，进行经静脉冠脉再通（IVCR）疗法，以2项或2项以上的指标判定冠脉再通。结果36例获得再通，20例未通，再通率为64．3％（36／56）。结论应用UK进行IVCR简便易行，安全有效，适宜于基层医院用于抢救AMI患者。

Objectives: To evaluate the efficacy and safety of intravenous infusion of urokinase for patients with acute cerebral infarctions . Methods:65 patients with acute cerebral infarction were randomized,double blind into thrombolysis group and control group , thrombolysis group(32 cases) was given 15000000 units urokinase intravenous dripping,control group(33 cases) was given placebo. European Stroke Scale(ESS)were used to evaluate the recovery of neurological functions of before the treatment and after the treatment of 2 hours,24 hours,2 days,7 days,14 days.Barthel Index (BI) were used to evaluate the quality of life at 90 days.Results:ESS scores of thrombolysis group hoist evidence ,there was difference of salience between 2 groups.Neurological function impairment improve striking at 2 hours,24 hours after the treatment of urokinase. thrombolysis group was happened a cerebral hemorrhage patient.Conclusions:Intra- venous urokinase thrombolysis could an effective and safe treatment for acute cerebral infarction.
