氧化铝陶瓷和高分子聚乙烯颗粒诱导体内生物学效应和细胞凋亡的研究 被引量:14

摘要 人工假体磨损产生的颗粒诱导假体周围界膜的慢性炎症反应,最终导致假体周围骨溶解。炎性细胞吞噬磨损颗粒后可以出现凋亡现象。本研究旨在观察磨损颗粒刺激后肿瘤坏死因子(TNF—α)的释放,并探讨细胞凋亡的动态变化与Caspase-3信号转导的相关性。
