摘要
目的通过检测抑癌基因肺癌肿瘤抑制物1(TSLC1)在肝癌组织中的表达来探讨TSLC1与肝癌发生和进展的关系。方法共取40例新鲜肝癌标本,所有标本均含有肝癌组织及癌旁组织,采用逆转录-聚合酶链反应(RT-PCR)检测TSLC1的表达情况,对肝癌患者进行临床病理学分期,检测肝癌患者HBV感染情况及血清中AFP水平。结果40例标本的癌旁组织中TSLC1的表达率为75%,癌组织中TSLC1的表达率为30%,TSLC1基因表达缺失率与肝癌的临床分期、HBV感染及血清中AFP水平呈正相关,与肿瘤直径无关。结论TSLC1的失表达可能在肝癌发生中发挥作用,TSLC1的失表达还可能与肝癌的恶性进展有关。
Objective To investigate the correlations between TSLC1 mRNA expression and formation and development of hepatocellular carcinomas (HCC). Methods All 40 HCC samples included both HCC and surrounding non-turnout liver tissues. The expression of TSLC1 was examined using RT - PCR. The significance of TSLC1 in the development of HCC was analyzed by investigating the relationship between the expression levels of TSLC1 mRNA and the clinicopathological parameters of HCC patients. Results The TSLC1 mRNA expression rate was 75% in morphological normal liver tissue and 30% in HCC tissues, respectively. Loss of the TSLC1 expression was positively correlated with tumor stages, HBV infection, AFP levels but not with tumor block size. Conclusion Loss of the TSLC1 expression may play a role in occurrence of HCC and be pertinent to deterioration of HCC.
