摘要
公司战略变革会引起企业利益格局重组和文化修正,从而导致权力性阻力和文化性阻力这两种关键阻力。公司战略变革的成功在于有效克服这两种阻力。权力性阻力有三种表现形式,产生原因在于权力来源和战略认知的变化,可以设计五项克服措施。文化性阻力有四种表现形式,产生原因是新战略和旧企业文化的不匹配,要从企业文化的四个表现层面设计克服措施。
Strategic change could change corporation stake structure and routine, power resistance and cultural resistance are brought forth. Overcoming these resistances effectively is the base for implementing strategic change successfully. Power resistance has three forms, reasons to this resistance are change of power source and strategic conception, we could design five effective measures. Cultural resistance has four forms, reason to this resistance is the unfit between new strategy and old culture, four measures could be designed.
