摘要
国内外旅游业的迅速发展,尤其是大众化旅游的发展,使经济型饭店日益成为业界关注的焦点。本文在对经济型饭店的概念和特征进行探讨的基础上,着重从市场环境和供给两方面分析了我国经济型饭店的发展现状,并针对行业存在的问题以及面临的国内外市场竞争,提出了现阶段我国经济型饭店行业应该采取的战略举措,即变革企业制度,调整经营方式,实行行业地域联合与集团经营,细分行业市场,提升信息技术水平,改进智力因素,强化行业管理等。
The rapid development of tourism, especially mass tourism has made economy hotel the focus of the hotel industry. Based on the research of the concept and characteristics of China' s economy hotel, this article analyzes the status of economy hotel in China from both the market environment and supply. Then the author points out the existing problems and challenges of the hotel industry and puts forward the following development strategies on economy hotels: to reform the enterprise system; to adjust the operating modes; to carry out across-region consociation and conglomeration; to segment the industry market; to improve the information and technological level; to redefine of the concept, the role and the market of economy hotel; to enhance the intelligence factors and to improve the management level of economy hotel etc.
