摘要 主控制系统是上海地铁机车的关键控制设备,产自德国,引进时未购进其离线测试系统。维护一直依靠技术人员的经验判断和装配到机车上在专用试车线运行来进行,效率低且不可靠,急需研发国产测试系统满足地铁运行需求。在对机车主控制系统工作原理的分析以及机车实际运行数据搜集的基础上,采用半实物仿真技术与虚拟仪器技术相结合的方法,建立主控制系统综合测试平台,达到在离线状态下全程模拟机车运行方式,进而实现对主控制系统静、动态特性的全面测试。该综合测试台能极大地提高检修效率,降低检修成本。同时还可以为车辆维修技术人员提供机车仿真运行环境下的培训手段。 MCS(main control system) is the key control system of direct current metro locomotives made in Germany, and its off - line testing system was not bought at that time. They were tested by technical works manually and then assembled into the locomotives and operated in the experimental railway line. The method is not effective and not reliable. So offline testing system is needed urgently for operating. So the paper builds a testing platform for the main control system based on the analysis of the main control system and the data measured from the real operation states of locomotives. It uses hardware in the loop technology and virtual instrument technology, and can make the main control system work in all operation states of locomotives under offline laboratory situation and has a full - scale test of the main control system. So it can improve the maintenance efficiency and reduce the maintenance cost. The main control system testing platform can be used to train vehicle maintainers under locomotive simulation operation situation.
