摘要
计算机辅助试验(CAT)系统中需要使用各种类型且数量巨多的传感器,传感器校验工作是保证系统整体精度的一项重要环节。针对传统传感器校验方法工作量大且系统误差较难控制的问题,从系统整体出发,将传感器的输出误差、导线的压降损失、信号调理模块的处理误差、A/D转换器的量化误差以及系统中可能存在的其它干扰信号视为一个整体,采用最小二乘法及线性或抛物线插值方法对系统进行了综合校验,研究了系统的总体数据库结构和各算法的实现方法以及整个系统的实现方法,分析了系统的性能和误差。工程实践表明采用该传感器校验方法提高了系统精度,系统误差可以得到一定的控制,满足了工程实践的需要。
A quantity of sensors of various kinds need to be used in Computer Aided - Testing(CAT) system, thereby the calibration of sensors for the system is quite important. According to the heavy workload and the difficulty of error controlling, considering the error caused by sensors processing, lead transmission, signal processing, A/D conversion and so on, sensors is calibrated by those methods such as the minimum of square error, linearity inserted value and parabola inserted value. The framework of the subsystem is studied;The implementing method, performance and error are analyzed. This method has enhanced system precision and gained satisfied effect in practice.
