摘要
对4根碳纤维板加固的足尺钢筋混凝土梁进行了受弯性能试验研究。试验结果表明,该加固措施有效地提高了梁的受弯极限承载力,较好地约束裂缝的发展,具有良好的加固效果。在试验研究和理论分析的基础上,对碳纤维板加固的钢筋混凝土梁受弯承载力、刚度和裂缝宽度计算方法进行了分析,提出了在不同受力阶段加固后梁的正截面受弯承载力、刚度计算公式和最大弯曲裂缝宽度计算公式。计算结果表明,理论计算结果与试验值吻合较好,可以满足实际工程设计的需要。
Four full-size RC beams strengthened with carbon fiber plates (CFP) were tested to investigate the flexural behavior. The experimental results showed that the flexural load-carrying capacity was increased effectively and the propagation of cracks was reduced obviously by the rehabilitation. An analytical study concerning the flexural strengthening, stiffness and crack width of RC beams with externally bonded CFP was conducted according to the experimental results and theoretical study of four RC beams. At the same time, the calculation formulas of flexural load-carrying capacity, stiffness and maximum crack width axe proposed at different stages of strengthening of RC beams. The calculated results are in good agreement with the experimental ones. The calculation method proposed in the paper can be apphed to the retrofit designs of RC structures.
