摘要
本文从目前地勘单位在经济增长过程中存在的重发展轻提高、重速度轻效益、重外延轻内涵等问题进行了分析，提出了解放思想，转变现念，加强企业管理，加快科技进步，提高职工素质等转变经济增长方式的途径。
The problems of attaching more importance to development and less to enhancement, more to speed and less to benefit, more to external expansion and less to connotation existed in current process of economic growing are analyzed in this paper. The approaches to change-over economic growing mode, such as to emancipate the mind, change view point, strengthening of management, speed - up scientific advancement and increase the quality of staffs are put forward as well.
