文章认为，＂模拟法人＂是地勘单位内部转机换制的重要举措，但好的举措同样需要不断完善。文章作者比较详细地分析论述了当前＂模拟法人＂经营中存在的突出问题，并提出了解决的对策。
It is described in the article that 'Simulation of Legal Representative' is an important measure taken for the internal system establishment and system change - over in geological prospecting units, which also needs to be perfected. The author describes, in rather detail,the protruding problems existed in 'Simulation of Legal Representative' operation and the counter -measures to solve these problems are also given by the author.
