S100A2蛋白在人食管鳞状细胞癌中的表达 被引量:5

摘要 目的研究人食管鳞状细胞癌中S100A2蛋白的表达及其意义。方法采用免疫组织化学(SP)方法检测60例食管鳞状细胞癌(ESCC)组织和60例手术切缘食管黏膜组织中S100A2蛋白的表达水平。结果S100A2蛋白在食管鳞状细胞癌中阳性表达率为80.3%(50/60),在手术切缘食管黏膜组织中阳性表达率为100%(60/60),两者之间差异有显著性(P<0.05);其中高、中、低分化癌三组间差异有显著性(P<0.05),并且高、中分化癌组S100A2蛋白表达阳性率显著高于低分化癌组(P<0.05),另淋巴结转移组S100A2蛋白表达阳性率与无淋巴结转移组之间差异有显著性(P<0.05)。S100A2蛋白表达与患者性别、年龄、临床分期、肿瘤部位、大小及浸润深度均无关。结论S100A2蛋白在食管鳞状细胞癌中阳性表达率下降,与食管癌的发生及分化程度有关。S100A2蛋白可作为判断食管癌生物学行为的重要参考指标。 Objective To investigate the expression of S100A2 protein in esophageal squamous cell carcinoma and its significance. Methods The expression of S100A2 protein was detected with immunohistochemical technique (SP) in 60 cases of esophageal squamous cell carcinoma tissues and 60 cases of the esophageal mucosa tissues at the operation cutting edge. Results The positive rates of S100A2 protein in esophageal squamous cell carcinoma and in the esophageal mucosa tissues at the operation cutting edge were 80.3% (50/60) and 100% (60/60) respectively. The difference was significant (P 〈 0. 05 ). The difference was significant among the well differentiated, the moderate differentiated and the low differentiated group (P 〈 0. 05 ). The expression level of S100A2 protein was higher significantly in well and moderate differentiated group than that in low differentiated group ( P 〈 0. 05 ). The difference was significant betweeen the lymph nodeositive group and the lymph node-negative group (P 〈 0. 05). The expression of S100A2 protein had no significant difference in other clinicopathological parameters(P 〉 O. 05 ). Conclusion The positive rates of S100A2 protein is down-regulated in esophageal squamous cell carcinoma,which is related to the carcinogenesis, differentiation and prognosis of esophageal carcinoma. S100A2 protein might play an important role in the judgement of the biological behaviour of esophageal carcinoma.
