摘要
辽宁省庄河地区是我国胃癌的高发区，本项工作以国家科技攻关“七五，，至“十五”四个五年计划项目及其他国家及省、市级科研项目为载体，通过对科研工作的组织实施与管理，完成了在高发现场开展的以人群为基础的大规模胃癌一、二级预防研究，探索出一个肿瘤高发现场科研工作的组织与管理模式，优质高效地实现了科技攻关的预期目标。
Zhuanghe city in Liaoning province is a high-risk area of gastric cancer in China. Supported by the National Key Technology R＆D Programs of China from the 7th to 10th five-year plan and other national scientific research programs we carried out a population-based prevention of gastric cancer in the high-risk area. Through the effective organization, implement and management we finished the scientific program perfectly and explored a model for project organization and administration in the high-risk area of cancer.
