摘要
对我国现有的药品知识产权的保护类型进行了分析，比较了各项保护措施的特点，并对新药研发的不同阶段应采用的保护方式提出了建议。
This paper analyzed the existing types of intellectual property protection for pharmaceutical enterprise in China, and assayed the trait of all kinds of intellectual property protecting measure. Some suggestions on intellectual property protection measure adopted in the different stages of new drug R＆D activities were also presented in this paper.
