Confucius is one of the greatest thinkers and educators in ancient Uhina, who advancea some standards to distinguish talents by judging his moral character, knowledge, abilities, attitudes towards life and his inborn quality. These standards not only influenced the way of choosing talents and using talents in the past time, but also has some realistic significance for the standard of talents in modern times.
