中外高校博士生导师任职资格比较研究及其启示

Comparative Studies and Enlightenment on the Differences in Qualifications between Doctoral Supervisors in Domestic and Foreign Universities

博士研究生指导教师质量的高低直接影响着博士研究生的培养质量,因而博士生导师的任职资格是至关重要的。相对于我国高校严格的博士生指导教师任职资格制度,欧美国家的高校对博士生导师任职资格考核更注重于教师的学术水平、指导能力和取得科研项目和科研经费的能力。因此,对国外高校博士生导师任职资格的研究,对我国高校博士生导师任职资格的改革将会起着重要的借鉴作用。

The qualification of doctoral supervisors is extremely important , because it directly influences the quality of doctoral graduate students. Compared to the rigid tenure qualification system in China, higher education in European and American countries pays more attention to the directors＂ academic quality, directing capabflity, and ability to obtain scientific research funding. Therefore, studies on the qualification systems of foreign education will give a helpful reference for China＇s colleges and universities in their reformation processing of qualification of doctoral supervisors.
