氯丙嗪与利他林治疗顽固性呃逆疗效对比及护理

Effect of chlorpromazine hydrochloride acupoint-injection versus methylphenidate muscular injection for patients with intractable hiccup

目的探讨盐酸氯丙嗪双侧足三里穴位注射与利他林肌肉注射治疗顽固性呃逆的临床效果比较。方法将34例原发性肝癌合并顽固性呃逆的患者随机分为观察组和对照组,观察组20例,采用盐酸氯丙嗪双侧足三里穴位注射,对照组14例,采用利他林肌肉注射,并进行效果观察。结果盐酸氯丙嗪双侧足三里穴位治疗效果明显优于利他林肌肉注射治疗。结论顽固性呃逆应用盐酸氯丙嗪双侧足三里穴位治疗效果好,值得推广应用。

Objective To compare the clinical therapeutic effect of chlorpromazine hydrochloride injection on Zusanli acupoint and methylphenidate muscular injection for patients with intractable hiccup. Methods 34 cases of hepatic carcinoma patients with intractable hiccup in our hospital from Aug 2005 to Aug 2006 were randomly divided into experiment group and control group. 20 patients in the experiment group were treated with chlorpromazine hydrochloride injection on Zusanli acupoint, and 14 patients in the control group with methylpbenidate muscular injection. Clinical therapeutic effect in both groups was investigated and compared. Results Therapeutic efficacy of the experiment group was prior to the control group. Condusion Chlorpromazine hydrochloride injection on Zusanli acupoint should be generalized for its good effect on intractable hiccup.
