摘要
2006年6月中海油在广东省深圳大鹏建成投运了国内第一个液化天然气接收站,标志着我国已开始拥有多元化的天然气资源来源。为此,从技术应用的角度,对接收站的码头卸载、储存及闪蒸气处理、LNG输送及气化、气体外输及液体外运的主要工艺过程和控制原理进行了简要分析;介绍了主要设备卸料臂、低温潜液泵、闪蒸气压缩机、开架式海水气化器、浸没燃烧式气化器、海水泵的性能参数和结构特点;概述了接收站的电气配置和仪控的集散控制系统、安全仪表系统、火气监控系统等。
The China's first LNG receiving station equipped with pipelines was successfully built up and put into production in Dapeng, situated in Special Economic Zone of Shenzhen, Guangdong province. As the continuation of the former paper, this paper outlines and states as a whole about that the application technology involved in the equipped pipelines works for LNG receiving station mainly include gas export and its peak regulation at the station, gas delivery process, key equipments, self-control system, leakage detection, and pipeline integration management, and so on.
