ANALYSIS ON FIRE HAZARD TO LNG RECEIVING TERMINAL

介绍了LNG接收站的火灾危害情况;结合珠海LNG接收站项目,分析比较了我国和美国的LNG防火标准的相关条款;进而讨论了确定接收站场与油气站场及交通线路安全间距的方法;最后,根据挪威船级社的火灾危害计算分析结果,提出了减小LNG接收站火灾危害风险的措施。

This paper introduces how LNG receiving terminal suffers from the fires. It also contrasts and analyzes the related clauses of LNG Firefighting Benchmarking between the U.S.A and China. Furthermore, it discusses the method of determining traffic routes and the safety distance between the receiving terminal and oil/gas station. In the end, according to the fire hazards analysis results done by DNV, some countermeasures of reducing the risk of fires damaged to LNG receiving terminal have been recommended here.
