江泽民创新思想发展述论

On Developmental Stages of Jiang Zemin's Thought of Innovation

江泽民创新思想的发展经历了萌芽阶段(1989～1994年)、发展阶段(1995～1999年)、成熟阶段(2000年以后)。在萌芽阶段江泽民比较关注科技创新、经济等体制创新；在发展阶段江泽民对创新的认识、论述向广度、深度发展,强调自主创新、增强持续创新能力、建立国家创新体系,并对创新进行了理论阐述；在成熟阶段江泽民突出强调了理论创新,对创新理论阐述更全面更深入,独具特色的创新思想及创新思想体系完全成熟了。江泽民创新思想的成熟,是中国共产党创新思想成熟的体现,是马克思主义创新思想新发展的体现,并引导中国共产党和全中国人民创造新的辉煌。

Jiang Zemin's thought of innovation underwent three stages:the rudimentary stage (1989～1994),the developmental stage(1995～1999)and the maturing stage(after 2000).In the first stage,Jiang Zemin was more concerned about scientific and technological innovations and insti- tutional innovation in economic and other fields;in the second stage,his interest in innovation ex- tended in width and depth,with emphasis on independent innovation,strengthening of sustained innovation capabilities and creation of national innovation system,and began to make theoretical ex- position on innovation;in the third stage Jiang Zemin devoted his main efforts to theoretical innova- tion and made more comprehensive and in-depth theoretical elaboration.The maturity of Jiang Zemin's thought of innovation embodies a new development of the Marxist theory of innovation and guides the Communist party of China and the Chinese people to achieve new splendid results.
