摘要
介绍了在燃烧“水煤炭”的工业窑炉上,应用PID回路调节系统实现温度自动控制的设计,用炉温差作为系统的主控信号,自动调节燃烧的注入量,采用平衡通风措施以达到保持窑炉均衡加热的目的,该系统还适用于其他燃料的窑炉.
It is introduced that the design of automatic temperature regulation on the industrial kiln of burning water-coal paste fuel is fulfillded by means of PID loop system. The kiln temperature difference is used as a main control signal to regulate the fuel injection, and the balance ventilation is used to keep the balance heating for kiln. This system is also suitable for th kilns using the other fuels.
