摘要 介绍了一种抗汽油干扰的、电阻适用的SnO2基酒敏元件及其气敏特性,找出了掺Sb2O3,CaO后元件的电阻变化的一些规律. Sb 2O 3 and CaO were used as dopants to SnO 2, resulting in some changes of its electrical proporty and gas sensitivity. These changes were measured and analyzed. SnO 2 based sensors were made and doped with these dopants. This kind of sensors are sensible to alcohol, unsensible to petrol, and suitable to be taken into actual uses because of their low resistances.
