摘要
通过模拟铸锭温度分布的实验分析,依据焦尔效应反算出电磁铸造中半悬浮金属液柱内感应电流密度的分布,探讨了感应器电流对液柱内感应电流密度的影响;实验确定了EMC铸锭的透入深度,估算出感应加热功率的量值,分析其对EMC过程半悬浮金属液柱温度的影响.
According to the experiment analysis of temperature distribution in imitation ingot, the induction current density distribution in hemi suspending liquid column in EMC is calculated based on Joule's effect, the affection of inductor current on induction current in liquid column is investigated and the skin depth is determined experimentally, then the induction heat power is imputted and its affection on liquid column temperature is analyzed, the obtained results correspond with the theoretical calculation.
