大功率双电机拖动系统模糊控制算法的研究

摘要 对常规控制器和模糊控制器进行了比较,提出了一种参数自调整模糊PID控制器。针对双电机拖动系统的特殊性,分析双电动机拖动钢缆皮带系统协调控制的原理,并在此基础上构造了参数自调整模糊控制双闭环直流调速系统。通过实测波形可以看出,模糊控制器不仅保持了常规PID控制系统原理简单、使用方便、鲁捧性较强等优点,而且具有更大的灵活性和适应性,控制精度更好,是目前较为先进的一种控制系统。 A kind of parameter self-adjustable Fuzzy PID controller was put forward after comparing the fuzzy controller with the normal controller. Based upon the analysis of the belt driving system by the dual motors against the specialty of dual-motor driving system, a DC speed regulation system with the dual closed loop and parameter self-adjustable Fuzzy PID control was introduced. The measured waves proved that it kept not only the advantages of simple principle, easy to operate and strong robustness but also much better flexibility, suitability and preciseness,becoming a most novel control system nowadays,
