摘要
提出了加工PVC-U时润滑平衡的确切定义及现实意义,以扭矩流变曲线上的塑化时间、塑化扭矩值作为评价润滑平衡的定量标准,指出了润滑平衡的研究方法及实验程序。
The accurate defination of lubrication balance during the processing of PVC- U was proposed as well as its practical significance. Using the values of plasticizing time and that of plasticizing torsional moment in the rheological curve as the quantitative standard to evaluate the lubrication balance, the research method and experiment procedure for lubrication balance were indicated.
