摘要
测定了常压下CM-3-1催化剂上甲醇气相法脱水生成二甲醚的本征与宏观反应速率,得到幂函数型本征动力学方程,提出了计算催化剂粒内效率因子的两维正交配置方法。所得效率因子的计算值与实验值吻合。
The intrinsic and global reaction rates of methanol dehydrolyzing to dimethyl ether on CM-3-1 catalyst by gas phase method were determined under atmospheric pressure and power type kinetic equation was obtained. The calculation results of effectiveness factors obtained by two-dimension orthogonal collocation method fit to experimental data well.
