我国对外直接投资战略的国际比较

International Comparison of China's FDI Strategy

文章认为,与美国凭借垄断竞争优势的对外直接投资和日本依托边际产业转移的对外直接投资不同,我国既没有垄断性产业,也不需要向国外转移边际产业。我国企业应尽快走向世界,在参与国际经济竞争的过程中得到提高,在学习和演练中成长壮大,采取“演练拓展型”对外直接投资战略。文章指出,我国现阶段对外直接投资具有综合性优势与不成熟性特点相结合的特征,这是一种通过整合发达国家与发展中国家优势所形成的特殊优势,具体表现为适用技术优势、高新技术优势、特色产品优势、较低成本优势和市场环境优势。我国应在发挥比较优势的同时,努力培育国家和企业的竞争优势,即发挥中小型企业比较优势与培育大型企业竞争优势相结合;发挥劳动密集型产业比较优势与培植高新技术产业竞争优势相结合;对发展中国家投资与对发达国家投资相结合。

The author maintains that China should take part in international competition as soon as possible. In international competition, China will be getting stronger and adopt the strategy of ＂training and development＂. At present, FDI in China has the characteristics of juvenility and comprehensiveness. With giving play to the role of comparative advantage, China should work hard to cultivate the nation＇s and enterprises＂ competitive advantage, namely, the combination of the comparative advantage of SMEs and the competitive advantage of large enterprises, the combination of the comparative advantage of labor-intensive industry and competitive advantage of high-tech industry, and the combination of investment in developing countries and developed countries.
