摘要
以化学共沉淀法所得超细粉为原料,设计两相复合材料的微观结构,讨论了材料的增强、增韧机理。结果表明,该材料具有很好的增强、增韧性能。经1550℃,4h烧成的材料,测得其抗弯强度为901MPa,断裂韧性为14.30MPa·m^(1/2)。关键词:
The microstructural design of polyhpase ceramic,mechanical properties(bending strength and fracture toughness) of CeO2- ZrO2 and Y2O3- ZrO2 TZP ceramic materials made from surperfine powder prepared by chemical coprecipitation method were investigated.The results showed good strengthening and toughening behavior.Excellent mechanical properties were obtained for some composite ceramic materials:benging strength σf=901MPa,fracture toughness KIC = 14.30MPa·m1/2.The mechanism of toughening and strengthening were also discussed.
