医学院分流教学——分学制教学模式的实践与思考

摘要 以综合性大学中临床医学专业为例,从临床医学专业内、外招生数基本持平的实际出发,探讨实施标准学分制下同一专业不同学制的分流教学模式。即内招学生实行五年制、外招学生实行六年制。分学制教学模式,是深化教学改革,贯彻因材施教原则、更好地体现办学特色,实现大学对内、外招两类学生培养目标分别定位的重要举措。 This paper, taking the major of clinical medicine as an example, discusses the expression of grouping teaching in a special field according to the accounts of the students. The students from mainland follow the system of five-year program while the students from non-mainland follow the system of six-year program. Grouping teaching serves as an action to strengthen the educational innovation, to carry out the rule of teaching students in accordance with their aptitude, to implement the standard credit system of Jinan University, to carry out the different goals of educating students from mainland and non-mainland. This paper expresses these ideas from three aspects: the theory of grouping teaching; the practice of following different education system; the thinking of carrying out standard credit system.
