摘要
本文利用有限元分析软件,对静电陀螺仪空心球形转子进行了离心变形的计算及变形仿真,同时考虑了加工误差造成的不对称转子的离心变形,讨论了不同结构转子的动态变形以及对圆球度误差的影响,提出了减小和补偿圆球度误差的措施。
This article uses the finite element analysis software to carry on the computation and the distortion simulation of centrifugal distortion to the electrostatic gyro hollow sphere rotor,at the same time considers the processing error creates not the asymmetrical rotor centrifugal distortion.It discusses the dynamic distortion of different structure and the influence to the spherical error,and proposes the measure to reduce and compensate the spherical error.
